Ingredients needed to make Tuna Sandwich with Wasabi Mayo:
To make Wasabi Mayo:
1tsp Wasabi Powder
Mix all the ingredients together.
For later use, store Wasabi Mayo in an air tight container and keep it refrigerated.
To make Tuna Sandwich:
1-2 cans of Tuna
Raisins, refer *notes
Roasted Sunflower Seeds, refer *notes
Black Pepper Powder
In a large bowl mix Tuna, Wasabi Mayo, Raisins and Sunflower Seeds together.
Taste the Tuna spread and then add Black Pepper Powder according to your taste.
Toast Bread slightly and fill with Tuna spread.
Serve Tuna Sandwich with Wasabi Mayo, with your favorite Beer and Chips.

I always add raisins and sunflower seeds in my Sandwich and Salads, because it gives crunchiness and sweetness to the dish. So it’s always according to your taste buds, you can add more or less Raisins and Sunflower seeds into Tuna Sandwich with Wasabi Mayo.
Instead of Tuna try this recipe with Chicken or Shrimp or Lobster or even Hardboiled Eggs.
In this recipe you can add Vegetables too. Sometimes, I add grated Carrots, Celery, Bell Pepper and finely chopped Cabbage too. Always follow your taste buds.
When I use Mayo, I try to use Olive Oil ones or less fat ones, it’s always a personal choice.
