1 1/4cup Raw Rice
2tbsp Toor Dal
2-3 Whole Dry Red Chillies
1/4cup grated Coconut
1-2tbsp grated Jaggery
Soak the Rice & Dal in water for about 2-3 hours .
Using a grinder , grind all the ingredients together until You get a smooth paste.
If needed add some water to grind .
Make a smooth Dosa Batter .
Heat a Dosa pan or a griddle on high flame .
Pour a ladle full of batter on to the griddle & evenly make a circle .
Drizzle some Ghee or Oil on top of the Dosa .
Allow the Dosa to cook on a low flame ( it will only take few min ) .
Serve it hot with some Coconut Chutney .
