Stir Fried Chilli Pork
Ingredients needed to make Stir Fried Chilli Pork:
3lbs Pork, sliced into small cubes
1 Onion, sliced into big cubes
1tbsp Ginger, julienne pieces
1tbsp Garlic, julienne pieces
2 Green Chillies, sliced
1 Bell Pepper, sliced into big cubes
Spring Onion, for garnish
2tbsp Tomato Sauce/Ketchup
1tbsp Soy Sauce
1tbsp Green Chili Sauce
Black Pepper Powder, according to your taste
Chilli Flakes, according to your taste
Sprinkle Salt and Pepper on Pork and cook until pork is completely cooked through.
Heat some Oil in a pan and sauté Ginger, Garlic and Green Chillies until its raw smell is gone.
Add Onion and sauté until it turns transparent and soft.
Add Bell Pepper, Soya Sauce, Ketchup and Chilli Sauce.
Mix everything well and add cooked Pork.
Stir everything together and add Pepper Flakes, Salt and Sugar according to your taste.
Sprinkle some Spring Onion on top.
Serve Stir Fried Chilli Pork hot with Roti / Bread / Fried Rice.
Stir Fried Chilli Pork is one of my Family’s favorite dish. My kids love Pork and this particular recipe is very easy to make. Its my favorite go to make recipe. Stir Fried Chilli Pork can be served with Fried Rice or Roti or Bread or Naan.
