For this recipe I used 1 medium sized Papaya . Using the grater or food processor grate the Papaya .
In a pan heat some Oil & add 1tsp each Mustard Seeds & Cumin Seeds .
When the Mustard is popping add 2 Red Chilies & Curry Leaves .
Add 4 chopped Shallots , 2 Garlic & 4 Green Chilies .
Mix everything well .
Add the grated Papaya & mix .
Add 1/2 cup grated Coconut & mix well .
Cover the pan with a tight lid & allow the Papaya to cook .
Serve it hot with Rice .
