Ingredients : To make Paal Kozhukattai
1cup Rice Flour
In a non-stick pan combine all the ingredients together .
Heat this mixture in a medium flame with constant stirring until all the water is evaporated & forms a dough .
Allow the dough to cool down & then knead the dough well .
Make tiny balls out of it .
2cup thin Coconut Milk
1/2cup thick Coconut Milk
1tsp Cardamon Powder
Boil the thin Coconut Milk in a pan & add the Rice balls .
Boil in a medium flame for 3min or until the balls float on top .
Add Sugar , Cardamom & Saffron .
Mix everything well & before turning off the gas add thick Coconut Milk .
Serve it hot or chilled .
