Fish Podimas

Ingredients : To make Fish Podimas

1 pound Fish ( without bones ) , I used 3 Tilapia Fillets
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Chilli Powder
Salt
1tbsp Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Water

Mix everything together .
Cook until the Fish is cooked & all the water is evaporated .

1 Onion , chopped
4 cloves of Garlic , minced
1tbsp Ginger , grated
4-5 Green Chillies , chopped
Curry Leaves
2tsp Chilli Powder
1tsp Coriander Powder
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
3/4tsp Garam Masala
Salt
1 Tomato , diced
1cup grated Coconut
1/2tsp Mustard Seeds
3 Whole Dry Red Chillies
Coconut Oil

Method :

Heat some Coconut Oil in a non-stick  pan & splutter Mustard Seeds , Dry Red Chillies & Curry Leaves .
Add Onion , Ginger, Garlic & Green Chillies .
Saute for few mins or until Onions turn light golden brown in colour .
Add Chili  , Turmeric , Coriander & Garam Masala .
Saute for a few mins & add Tomatoes .
Cook it for few mins & add the cooked Fish .
Mix everything well & then add grated Coconut .
Stir-fry for a few mins & turn off the Gas .

Serve it hot with Rice .
