Clean & cut any kind of Fish , I used Rock Fish . ( This recipe is for 4 – 5 pieces )
In a blender add 1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste , 2 Green Chillies , 1tsp Black Pepper , Curry Leaves ,
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder , 2 pinch Garam Masala Powder , 1tbsp Lemon Juice & Salt . Grind as
a fine paste . Marinate the fish & keep for at least 30 min or 1 whole night .
Deep fry the Fish in Oil & serve hot with some Salad & Rice .
If you want then use Coconut Oil , it will give a good taste .
Salad : Finely slice 1 Red Onion & marinate with some Vinegar & Salt . Keep it for 30min . Mix it well & squeeze all the juice from the Onion ( don’t save the liquid ) . Add 1 chopped Green Chillie , 1 Tomato & mix well . Salad is ready .
This Salad is a good combination with Beef fry , Fish Fry , Shrimp Fry , Cutlets , etc ………….
