In a heavy bottom pan over low heat, melt the 2cups of semi sweet chocolate chips & 1cup of milk chocolate with the 1can sweetened condensed milk and 1/4tsp of Sea salt. Remove from the heat, stir in 1cup of chopped nuts and 1 1/2tsp of Vanilla essence . Spread evenly into a foil-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan. Chill for 3 hours, or until firm. Remove the fudge from the pan and place onto a cutting board. Remove the foil from the bottom of the fudge and cut into squares. Store, covered, in the Fridge or Freezer.
