Chocolate Truffles

 

Melt 1 1/2 stick of butter , 1can Condensed Milk ,3/4 cup Cocoa Powder together in a medium heat.Cook about for 4min or until it has a pudding like consistency & is smooth & glossy . Remove from heat & add 1tbsp of Vanilla Essence .Cover it & keep it in Fridge for 3hrs .Once it is firm shape into 1 1/4inch balls .Then roll it in Cocoa Powder or in Powdered Sugar or in coarsely chopped nuts .After that keep it in Fridge to firm .
