For this recipe I used 1 pound each Liver & Gizzards . Wash it well & chop finely .
This is a dish which my MOM used to make , this is a good side dish for people who like’s to Drink .
In a pan heat some oil & saute 1 chopped Onion , 6 cloves of Garlic , 1 tbsp grated Ginger & Curry Leaves .
Add 1tsp Chili Powder , 1/4 tsp Turmeric , 1-2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder , 1tbsp Garam Masala & Salt .
Add chopped Chicken Liver & Gizzards & fry in a low flame .
Serve it hot with some Rice or as an Appetizer .
