Clean the fish but don’t remove the scales . Make a big slit on the back of the fish . Grind whole Black Pepper , Green Chilies ,Turmeric Powder & Salt .Marinate the fish with the ground spices .Fry the fish in Coconut Oil . Serve it hot with Rice .
