In a pan saute 1/2 Onion & 1tbsp Ginger , add 1 bunch of finely chopped Bok Choy & 2 stem Celery . Into that add 1Qt Vegetable Stock , 2tbsp Soy Sauce , Pepper Powder , 1tbsp Honey & Salt .
Allow the soup to boil & add some cooked Chicken also . Serve it hot with some crackers .
I used to keep rotisserie chicken at home so that I can use that for Soup & Sandwich .
