Ingredients : ( To Marinate the Beef )
1/2kg Beef , cut into big pieces
1tbsp Pepper Powder
4-5cloves of Garlic , minced
Mix everything together & marinate the Beef .
Keep at least 30min .
Ingredients : (To make Rice )
3cup Basmati Rice
6cup Hot Water
Heat some Ghee in a pan & add the Spices .
When it pops add the Rice & fry for few mins .
Add Water & Salt .
Mix everything well .
When water is reduced to the Rice level cover the pan with a tight lid & turn off the Gas .
After 20min open the lid & fluff the Rice with a fork .
For Garnish :
1 Onion , thinly sliced
1/4cup each Cashew & Raisin
Heat some Ghee in a pan & fry the Onion until it turns golden brown in colour .
Also fry Cashew & Raisin too .
Ingredients : (To make Beef Curry )
2 Onion , chopped
3-4 tbsp Garlic Paste
4-5tbsp Ginger Paste
4-5 Green Chillies , splited
3 Tomatoes , diced
1tsp Chilli Powder
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1tbsp Garam Masala
Black Pepper Powder
Coriander Leaves , chopped
Heat some Oil in a pan & saute Onion .
Fry until Onion turns light golden brown in colour .
Add Ginger , Garlic & Green Chillies .
Saute for few mins on a low flame .
Add all the Powders / Masals’s .
Mix everything together & fry on a low flame for few mins .
Add the Tomatoes & mix everything well .
Allow Tomatoes to cook down .
Add the Marinated Beef .
Cover the pan with a lid & cook the Beef , stir occasionally .
If needed use Pressure Cooker to cook the Beef .
Finish the Beef Curry with some Coriander Leaves .
To Layer : ( Assembling the Biryani )
Take a big Pan & brush some Ghee .
Put 1 layer of Rice & over that put some Beef Curry .
Sprinkle some fried Onion , Cashew & Raisins .
Put another layer of Rice & continue the procedure until you finish the Rice & Beef Curry .
On top drizzle some Ghee & bake in a 350 degree Pre-heated Oven for about 30 mins .
Don’t forget to cover the Pan with a tight lid .
Serve Biryani with some Raita & Pickle .
