Cook 4 Potatoes & cut it into medium size pieces .
In a pan heat some oil & crack 1tsp Mustard Seeds , 2 whole Red Chillies & Curry Leaves . Into this add 1 thinly sliced Onions ,2 Green Chillies & 1 tbsp Ginger .
When the Onions turn transparent add 1tsp Turmeric Powder , Salt , cooked Potatoes , 1/4 cup cooked Green Peas & 1 grated Carrot .
Mix everything well & serve hot with Dosa or with Poori .
